About Me

- About me....hmmm this section is a trick...what do I really have to say about me...Lets start with the simplest...I am a mom and a wife and a daughter...I am in the learning to becoming a good mom...It's like being Mr. Miyagi's student. So much work before seeing the end result...I know what you might be thinking I should already know how to be a mom, but really do people really know how to drive before they get a car? Think about it!

Horns
I was giving Matt a bath last night and washing his hair when all of a sudden he went a little crazy and started grabbing his hair and pulling. He says "Look mama, I'm making horns." I knew it! He is a devil in disguise : ) So when it was Ethan's turn for a bath Ethan looked and me and said "Can you make horns for me too, mommy?" Sorry Ethan, even if I tried your horns would never fit your personality--except when he decides to act like a teenage girl and stomp away and slam his door, still more like claws rather then horns. It really amazes me how different the two of them are and the older they get the more those differences really stand out. Lately it seems that they have needed more time apart, which is difficult since they share a room. Ethan definitely needs many breaks away from Matt and even Matt from him. Usually since Matt has been clinging to my side he will come downstairs and Ethan will stay up. Eventually (after like an hour) they can stand each other again. Oh boy are the teenage years going to be interesting!
